David Ray Taylor, born October 10, 1956 to Leo Taylor and Thelma Dunham Taylor passed away unexpectedly at his home February 25, 2017.
David was born in Woodsville, NH. David was the youngest of 8 children. His mother, father, and three brothers preceded David.
David is survived by his sister’s Shirley Hatch of Woodsville, NH and Barbara Kinghorn of Brevard NC and his brother Paul Taylor and his wife Carolyn of Verona NY. David has many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and they would refer to David as Great David.
David graduated from Oxbow High School in 1974 and was employed by Upper Valley Press and later for Valley Floors.
David was a kind and caring person who would do anything to lend a hand to help anyone out.
David was an accomplished deer hunter and his love for hunting took him to hunting trips in the mid-west.
David was also a devoted Nascar and Boston Red Sox fan. His last trip to Fenway was a memorable one, and one in which he cherished.
David loved spending time with his family, friends, his golden retrievers and his Ford trucks.
He especially enjoyed going to the sugarhouse in the spring and spending most of the day just visiting with people who would come to visit.
A Celebration of Life for David will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the New Digs for Dogs Rescue
