Williamstown, VT- Carl Frank Huse, 46, of North Caroline and Vermont  died unexpectedly on February 7, 2017 in Barre, VT.

He was born on June 19, 1969 in Berlin, VT the son of Michael Huse and Connie (Emerson) Huse.

He was a graduated of Oxbow High School in Bradford, VT and then attended O’Brien’s School of Cosmetology in Burlington, VT.

He was an avid racing fan, for three years in a row he “Threw the green flag” for the opening season of racing at Thunder Road, and was the racing announcer at White Mountain Motorsport Park. He was a fan of Nascar driver Kevin Harvick, but the highlight of his life was spending an evening dining and racing with Hall of Famer Bobby Allison and his wife Judy. He also had driven the pace car at Bear Ridge Race Track in Bradford, VT.

He is survived by his mother Connie Huse of Barre, VT, his father Michael Huse Sr. and wife Gloria of Florida, one brother Michael Huse Jr. of New Hampshire, a niece and nephew, his maternal grandmother, Shirley Emerson of Bradford, VT, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his racing friends.

Services will be held at a later date, per the wishes of the family.
