Alan C. Wilson

Al has influenced so many people in his life and his love and presence will be forever missed. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 78 of Newbury, VT. He is survived by his six children, David, Michael, Traci, Wayne, Crystal and Karen; nine grandchildren, Adam, Jordon, Sam, Jared, Lauren, Nick, Eric, Angie and Daniel; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Bette Wilson MacDonald of Woodsville, NH and one brother, Neil Wilson also of Woodsville, NH; two sister in laws, Donna Winchester of New Mexico and Marjorie Gendron of Berlin, VT; two brother in laws, Robert Searles of Barre, VT and Forrest Searles of Claremont, NH. Many nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held in the spring in the family lot in the Town House Cemetery in Newbury, VT. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers donations in Alan's memory may be made to the American Legion Post # 78 of Newbury, VT 05051. The Hale Funeral Home of Bradford, VT is in charge of arrangements.
