Audrey Jennings Carbee

Audrey was born July 21, 1973, at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, VT to Michael &Jenny (Demasi) Jennings. She graduated from Oxbow Union High School in 1991 leaving her mark in the drama department and student council. After High School Audrey went to the O'Brien School of Hair Design and worked as a cosmetologist until deciding to pursue a degree in English from the University of Vermont graduating in 1997.From August 1997- June 1999 Audrey worked in the Burlington, VT school system. In summer of 1999, Audrey moved to Culver City, CA where she worked in the hotel industry until 2006. In September 2006 she was hired as the Director of Human Resources at Salem Communications in Camarillo, CA. After the birth of her son Daniel in February 2010,Audrey left Salem Communications and moved back home to Vermont to raise her son and to be closer to her family. In January 2012 Audrey was hired as the Director of Human Resources at the Hanover Inn located in Hanover, NH where she continued to work until February 2014. In February 2013 Audrey met her soul mate Dan Carbee of Claremont, NH. On April 2, 2013 they became engaged and were married in a small service with 30 of their close family and friends at the Hanover Inn on April 19, 2013. Audrey had many friends who will miss her infectious smile and dancing blue eyes. Audrey is survived by her husband, Dan Carbee of Newbury VT, son Daniel (age 4) of Newbury VT, her parents Michael and Jenny Jennings of Newbury VT, sister Michelle Jennings of Bradford VT,brother Don Jennings of Norwich VT, Mother-in-law Patricia Carbee of Auburn, MA; Nephew Jonathan Drake and Niece Kailey Drake of Bradford VT, Nephew CJ Carbee and Niece Fionah Carbee of Claremont NH, Grandmother Mary Jennings of Plant City FL, and numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Audrey was predeceased by her grandfather Jerry Demasi of Northfield, VT (01/12/88), her grandfather Donald Jennings of Roxbury, VT (07/20/03), her cousin Mahri Jennings of Montpelier, VT (11/15/03), her aunt Cheryl Jennings of West Berlin, VT (08/30/07),her step-grandmother Constance Demasi of Northfield VT (05/02/11) and her grandmother Patricia Perry of Newbury, VT (02/24/13). At Audrey's request there will be no funeral services but a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in Audrey's memory may be made to: Daniel R.
