Newbury, VT- Chloe Mae Wood infant daughter of Sheldon and Jodi (Lang) Wood died on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. She was born on October 1, 2010 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH She is survived by her parents, Sheldon and Jodi Wood of Newbury, VT three sisters, Tanya, Cassidy and Isabella; three brothers, Dustin, Brian and Sheldon Jr., her paternal grandmother Elaine Wood of White River Jct., VT.; her maternal grandparents, Lunnie and Cindy Lang of Bradford, VT and Belinda Phillimore of St. Augustine, FL., several aunts and uncles, cousins. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 10 am at Hale Funeral Home, Upper Plain, Bradford, VT. There are no calling hours.
