Leslie Scott Dyer Wilson - April 5, 1947-December 2015 , of Bradford, Vermont formerly of Concord and Acton, Massachusetts passed peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones.Born in Concord, MA he was the son of the late Pauline Anderson Wilson and Stanley Ellis Wilson.Beloved husband to Michele Wilson (Barry) for 40 years, Father to Cheryl Wilson Sullivan, her husband Richard and grandson Matthew of Nashua, NH, Kristen Wilson Townsend , her wife Paula and grandchildren Nick, Austin and Kaia of Marysville, WA, Scott Michael Wilson of Birmingham, AL and Tessa Wilson DeForge and her husband Jon of Brookfield, VT. Brother to Lucie Wilson Caldwell and her husband Emza of Orlando, FL and Maurine Wilson Kane and her husband David of Leominster MA and numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws and their families. Scott was predeceased by his Sister Barbra Wilson Kopp and Brother Stanley (Junior) Wilson.Scott was enamored by the water be it the Ocean (Moody Beach) or Lake (Winnipesaukee) or River (Connecticut) he spent half of his time at their "camp" in Orford, NH on the bank of the Connecticut River. He loved spending time on his boat searching for bald eagles and trying to catch the big one. He leaves many good friends behind at The Pastures Campground. The poker games will not be the same.Known by many for his years at Colonial Spirits, he will be remembered for his gift of gab and great sense of humor. He loved to be around people and was quite the social butterfly. He adored dining out and could not resist a lazy man lobster! He appreciated music and sports and attended many concerts and Boston sporting events. He also enjoyed traveling and among his excursions were Iceland, Alaska and Bermuda.Services will be private.In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Humane Society and/or The American Cancer Society.The Hale Funeral Home and Cremation Care of Bradford, VT is in charge of arrangements.To view an online guestbook go to
