Louise Heath Allen April 30, 1934 - February 8, 2015 Former Town Clerk and Treasurer of Bradford, for 33 years Louise Heath Allen (80) passed away peacefully on February 8, 2015 at her home in Bradford, Vermont. Louise was born in Barnet, Vermont on April 30, 1934. Daughter of the late Florence Cheney and Carroll Brown and sister to Carroll Brown Jr. She is survived by her three children, Kevin Heath of Bradford, Vermont, Annette Shaw and Spouse Anthony of Bradford, Vermont and Stephen Heath-Donovan and spouse Richard of Framingham, MA. Three Grandchildren, April Merrill, Griffin Shaw and Heather Leete. Three great grandchildren Jaxson & Izabella Merrill, and Sophia Leete. Two nieces Sharon & Nancy Brown and one nephew Michael Brown. She was predeceased by her husband Norman Allen. Louise was formerly married to Richard Heath of Bradford, Vermont. She held a long career of 33 years as Town Clerk and Treasurer in Bradford, retiring in March of 2005. Louise loved to do crafts ranging from ceramics to beautiful floral arrangements for friends and family. She also enjoyed spending time collecting blue glass and antiques. A celebration of Louise's life will be held later this spring.
