Merle A Buzz Covey Jr

Bradford, VT- Merle A. " Buzz" Covey Jr. of Bradford, died Monday, June 20, 2011 in Piermont, NH. He was born on May 3, 1965 in Hanover, NH the son of Merle and Verlea (Tuttle) Covey. He attended schools in Thetford. Buzz had been in the logging business all of his life first with his father Merle Sr. than in 1996 started his own business Buzz Covey Logging. He was married to Brenda Grant on September 22, 1984. Buzz enjoyed hunting, four-wheeling, races, his puppies, Odie and Sadie, family gatherings, he was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Brenda Covey of Bradford, VT.; one daughter, Kassie Covey of Newbury, VT; two sons, Pork Covey of Rutland, VT and Buddy Allen of Bradford, VT; five grandchildren; his mother, Verlea of Bradford, VT; four sisters, Vickie Bazemore of West Fairlee, VT., Cindy Ilsey of Bradford, VT., Merla Ilsey of Vershire, VT and Tammy Goodrich of Post Mills, VT., many nieces, nephews and cousins.
