West Fairlee, VT- Phyllis J. Blake, 88, of Wild Hill Road in West Fairlee, VT died Thursday December 10, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family.She was born on October 11, 1927 in Waltham, Mass the daughter of David and Dora (Nichols) Jollota. She attended school in Lyme, NH and was a graduate of Thetford Academy; she then attended Lyndon State Teachers College in Lyndon, VT.Phyllis was employed for twenty-eight years at Equity Publishing in Orford, NH as a proof Reader.She loved reading and spending time with her grandchildren and family.Phyllis is survived by two sons, James Blake and his wife Lucy of Hartland, VT and John Blake and his wife Mary Ellen of West Fairlee, VT.; three grandsons and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one brother, James Norman Jollota.Phyllis requested there be no services.
