West Fairlee, VT- Rose M. Lyon, 56, of West Fairlee, VT passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2015 at her home peacefully.She was born on November 21, 1958 in Barre, VT the daughter of Richard and Verna Lyon. Rose lived in Vermont her entire life and was very proud of being a native Vermonter.She loved the outdoors, going for walks, making flower beds, gardening, bird watching and camping and family. Her last employment was as a caregiver for the elderly at valley Terrace in White River Jct., VT which she loved very much.She is survived by one son, Nick L. Cole, her mother Verna Lyon, brother Robert Lyon, sisters, Viola Farrar, Vivian Rosen and Sheila Lyon and her long time companion, Richard Dunton, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Richard Lyon and her husband Jim Hill.Per her wishes there will be no services.
