Sarah May Towne - February 6, 1980 – March 3, 2024 was born in Lowell mass. Sarah was a self-proclaimed “free spirit”, with a tremendously huge caring heart and infectious laugh.
Sarah worked as a finish sprayer at Copeland‘s furniture and Pompanoosuc mills and loved her job. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, music, hiking taking pictures, going to concerts and Batman. The highlights of her life were her family, her sons, grandson Arlo, and her birds.
Sarah is survived by her sons Taylor May and her grandson Arlo May, and Hunter Locke of VT. Parents Gretchen and Mark Vermeulen of NH,
brother Jordan May and his two children Cameron and Bianca May of VT. Sister Tara Vermeulen, and her three sons, Jaedyn, Gabriel, and Mark along with her partner, Andrew Fraser of NH, and several aunts and uncles and cousins.
There will be a celebration of life held by Sarah’s family at a date TBD.
