Warren Andrew Carpenter

Thetford, VT- Warren Andrew Carpenter of Thetford died early Saturday morning, September 4, 2010 at the age of 26. Andrew spent his childhood in Thetford, VT attending Thetford Elementary and Thetford Academy. Andrew enjoyed sports and he played soccer, basketball and baseball all through his school years. He graduated from Thetford Academy in 2002. He then went on to attend the University of Vermont graduating with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. Shortly after, Andrew moved to Berkeley, CA, he moved back to Thetford in April 2010, pursuing a business opportunity with his father. Andrew was very happy to be back home and excited to expand the family business. Andrew enjoyed cooking and he was the ultimate grill master. Andrew is survived by his mother, Beverly Carpenter of Thetford Center, VT., his father W. David Carpenter of East Thetford, VT., his sisters, Amy Carpenter of Denver, CO and Mandy Carpenter of South Royalton, VT.; his niece Lexis Duncan of South Royalton, VT and his nephew Zachary Duncan of South Royalton, VT. Andrew was a generous, bright, funny, caring ,inventive son, brother, friend. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 11 am in the family lot in the Evergreen Rest Cemetery in Thetford Center, VT. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday evening September 9, 2010 from 6-8 pm at Hale Funeral Home, Upper Plain, Bradford, VT.
